My stay was quite disappointing overall. We confirmed airport transportation, but they didn't pick us up, which was frustrating. The cleaning was inadequate, and the room wasn’t ready upon our arrival. However, the resort itself is beautiful, with lovely pools and a decent spa. Unfortunately, the dining options were mostly Korean and not to my liking, but the snacks were quite good. I would recommend looking elsewhere based on my experience.
